REV: 04-17-26 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A-1” <br />TASK ORDER <br />TASK ORDER NO. ___ TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Task Order No. ___ (“Task Order”) is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (“City”), and Ghirardelli Associates, Inc., a California corporation (“Consultant”). <br />RECITALS <br />City and Consultant entered into an agreement entitled Pavement program Construction <br />Management and Inspection Services (“Agreement”), by which the Consultant agreed to <br />perform services in accordance with Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by <br />reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2.SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Consultant will perform the services described in <br />Attachment “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the City’s <br />Project Manager will be ______________. <br />3.PAYMENT. For services performed by Consultant in accordance with this Task <br />Order, City will compensate Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement, in an amount not to exceed [write out amount in words] dollars ($_____). <br />4.AUTHORITY.
