REV: 04-24-26 VR EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Scope of Services The City will issue a task order to Consultant with, describing the scope of services requested. Upon receipt of the task order, Consultant will schedule the work no later than two (2) weeks from the date of the request. In unusual circumstances such as weather conditions, the City Engineer may consider deviations from this timeframe and provide extra timing for completion of the task. After being reviewed by Consultant for quality control, data shall be transmitted to the City within seven (7) days of collection. All counts shall be collected on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday except holidays and when schools are on break (unless specifically directed otherwise by the City Engineer or their designee in writing for traffic counts on weekend or 7-day counts). No counts will be collected during adverse weather conditions. The cost for each task order will be determined according to the fee schedule. The cumulative cost of all task orders cannot exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00).
