Project status reports, monthly and ad hoc <br />Task C – Funding Plan Implementation <br />Task C.1 Funding Plan Implementation & Outreach <br />C.1.1 Funding Plan Updates and Implementation <br />The Consultant will support any additional meetings led by the City, providing updated project materials, <br />and talking points as needed. <br />Task C.2 Grant and Funding Applications <br />C.2.1 Grant Research and Targeting <br />Were it necessary to address a funding shortfall, Consultant would prepare one competitive grant <br />application, in accordance with the Original Agreement. <br />TASK C DELIVERABLES <br />1. Updated Funding Plan, ongoing. <br />2. Grant applications, up to one. <br />3. Grant expenditure reports, as required by funding agencies. <br />4. Grant invoices and required progress reports, as required by funding agencies. <br />5. Project funding cash flow, ongoing. <br />Authorized Subconsultants: <br />VSCE, Inc. – for Pre-Construction and Construction Management Support <br />Apex Strategies – for work on the Comms Plan and Stakeholder Outreach <br />Mark Thomas and Associates (Mark Thomas) – for Funding Plan Implementation <br />o Economic Planning Systems (EPS) under Mark Thomas for benefit cost analysis <br />The hours required for Apex, Mark Thomas, and EPS are anticipated to reduce dramatically once the <br />Construction Phase begins.
