REV: 04-14-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />I. Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide goat grazing services to manage vegetation surrounding the <br />City’s water tanks. The Water Public Works Superintendent or designee will request <br />services by site on an as-needed basis, anticipated to be during late spring and early <br />summer to begin in June of each year. The City does not guarantee hiring Contractor <br />services for any minimum or maximum sites. Contractor shall supervise and care for the <br />goats for their entire duration on site. Grazing is considered complete when palpable <br />vegetation on a site is grazed upon so that ground cover is no more than 4 inches. <br />II. Fee <br />Contractor shall invoice the City for services on a per site basis at a fixed fee specified in <br />the table below. Pricing shall include temporary fencing (if needed), Contractor <br />supervision and care of the goats while on site, and grazing. Payment will <br />be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice. <br />On each anniversary of the Agreement’s Effective Date, prices may be increased if <br />requested by the Contractor and approved by the Water Public Works Superintendent. <br />Any price increases must be tied to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and if approved, the <br />price increase must remain firm through the subsequent one-year period. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.104/Living Systems Land Management, LLC (As-Needed Goat Grazing Services) (Page 11 of 17)
