REV: 04-08-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide window cleaning services for City facilities. <br />Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis at the request of the Public Works <br />Custodial Superintendent or their designee. Contractor shall provide services Monday <br />through Friday 7am-5pm and on weekends 7am-5pm, if necessary. Contractor shall <br />provide all chemicals and tools/equipment for safe and proper window cleaning services <br />including any mechanically operated lifts. Window cleaning services shall include removal <br />of cob webs/debris near the window areas, removing obstructions, washing, and drying <br />within the project scope as required. Services may be required in multi-story facilities. <br />Fee <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in an <br />amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000).
