REV: 03-10-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />At the request of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their designee, Contractor will <br />provide on-call repair and servicing to the City for emergency vehicles at the following <br />labor rates: <br />Shop Rate (Hourly) - $190.00 <br />Mobile Service Rate (Hourly) - $190.00* <br />After-Hours Rates for Shop and Mobile Service: <br />o After-Hours Call Out Fee - $300.00 each** <br />o After-Hours Labor Rate (Hourly) - $225.00** <br />GSEVS Transport Customer Unit Rate (Hourly) - $200.00 <br />Pump Test Rate – $675.00 each <br />Non Pierce Authorized Tech Support Rate - $150.00 each <br />Rates may increase on January 1st of every year if approved by the Public Works Fleet <br />Superintendent and by no more than CPI for All Urban Consumers. <br />Examples of repair and servicing tasks Contractor will perform include, but is not limited <br />to: <br />Engine <br />Cab and body structural <br />Aerial swivel and structure <br />Transmission <br />Electrical systems <br />Pump systems and testing <br />Equipment mounting <br />Emergency repair <br />* Mobile service: service requiring a mobile repair unit to be sent out to Redwood City <br />facilities <br />** After-hours: Monday to Friday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and weekends <br />One-hour minimum charge will apply for After-Hours Labor Rate. <br />Contractor shall invoice the City on a monthly basis.
