REV: 03-06-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />Program Objectives, Scope of Services & Quantitative Goals <br />Program Year 2025/2026 <br />Subrecipient Information <br />Subrecipient Name:Rape Trauma Services <br />Address: 1860 El Camino Real, Suite 406 <br />City, State, ZIP: Burlingame, CA 94010 <br />Project Name: Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth <br />Program Objectives <br />Project will address Redwood City’s Consolidated Plan 2023-2027 <br />priorities and goals as follows: <br />Priority: Sustain or Expand Human Services - Sustain or expand the high level <br />of basic human needs services for extremely low-, very low-, low- and moderate- <br />income persons and households including but not limited to childcare, mental <br />health and substance abuse services. <br />Goal 5 - Basic Human Needs Services: Funds will be used to support <br />services and activities that address basic human needs. <br />Scope of Services <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth provides mental <br />health services to address the multiple healing needs of child survivors of sexual <br />trauma. <br />Project Activities: <br />The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth will provide mental <br />health services to address the multiple healing needs of child survivors of sexual <br />trauma including: crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, <br />medical/legal and forensic accompaniment, and information and referrals. <br />Primary Quantitative Goals: <br />The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth will serve 85 <br />Redwood City persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
