REV: 04-09-26 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Consultant shall support Redwood City in developing a 5-7-year Economic Vitality <br />Strategy. <br />The Strategy shall provide a clear, actionable, and data-informed framework to guide the <br />City’s economic vitality efforts. Recommended actions shall be informed by quantitative <br />and qualitative data, robust community engagement, and best practices, and shall be <br />feasible to initiate and/or implement within the 5-7 year period. Community engagement <br />must take place in both English and Spanish. The final deliverable shall be organized, <br />clearly written, and sufficiently detailed to enable City staff to understand the City’s <br />strategic direction and implement identified actions. <br />The contract not-to-exceed amount is $100,000.
