REV: 04-24-26 LF EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Scope of Services Contractor shall provide poured-in-place (PIP) roll coat maintenance services. Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday 7am-5pm. Roll coat maintenance services shall include blowing and sweeping the work area prior to application of roll coat. All roll- applied coatings shall consist of two coats of Qualipur 3401. The City will provide temporary fencing to secure work areas. Contractor shall perform these services on an as-needed basis at the request of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or the designee. There may be periods of inactivity due to weather. Fee City shall pay Contractor on a cost per square foot basis as outlined in the table below in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). The cost per square foot is inclusive of all labor, equipment, and material costs required to perform the services. Contractor shall provide all of the labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the services. Contractor will only issue an invoice on a per job basis once services have been completed. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice in a form consistent with the requirements of Section 6, Compensation.
