Each year, streets are prepared for <br />resurfacing with crack sealing and spot repairs before being resurfaced with <br />an "overlay", “mill and fill”, "cape seal", “slurry seal" or "microsurfacing”. In <br />Fiscal Year 2026-27, the City intends to use RM RA funding to do spot repairs, <br />overlay, “slurry seal" or "microsurfacing” of the above-listed street segments. <br />The Vera project is under construction, and the Broadway project is pending <br />award, with construction anticipated to commence this fall. <br /> <br />4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
