ATTY/RESO.0028/CC RESO SMC CORE AGENCY SERVICES AGREEMENT (FIRST AMENDMENT) <br />REV: 06-03-26 VR <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16409 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, PROVIDING CORE AGENCY <br />SERVICES AT THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER, FOR THE <br />TERM OF JULY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2028, BY INCREASING <br />FUNDING BY $25,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF DISASTER <br />RESILIENCE SUPPLIES IN FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 <br />WHEREAS, during the course of a fiscal year, the City Council may take actions <br />that change or modify the City’s existing and approved budgets; and <br />WHEREAS, appropriations need to be established in order for staff to authorize <br />Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with San Mateo County related to Core Agency <br />Services provided by the Fair Oaks Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has presented written documentation below which sets forth in <br />particularity the change in revenues. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.The following stated amount, as set forth below, is hereby appropriated for <br />additional revenue, which will received by the end of fiscal year 2025-2026: <br />Summary of Recommended Budget Change by Fund Type <br />Account No. Revenue ($) <br />General Fund 150 47255 $25,000 <br />Total Revisions <br />2.This Council does hereby establish as the appropriation revision for Fiscal <br />Year 2025-2026. <br />3.This Resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption. <br />* * *
