The City Council hereby repeals and replaces Chapter 15, Article III <br />(Tobacco Retail Permit) of the Redwood City Municipal Code with those provisions in <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby repeals in its entirety Chapter 15, Article V <br />(Prohibiting the Sale of Flavored Tobacco, Electronic Cigarettes, and the Sale of Tobacco <br />Products in Pharmacies) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and replaces the title with <br />“RESERVED”, with Sections 15.41-15.54 noted as “Reserved”. <br /> <br />Section 6. If any provision, section, paragraph, sentence or word of this Ordinance, <br />or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is rendered or declared invalid <br />by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, sections, paragraphs, <br />sentences or words of this Ordinance, and their application to other persons or <br />circumstances, shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect and, <br />to that end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in <br />accordance with applicable law. <br /> <br />Section 8.
