CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Council Member Sturken pulled item 7B. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Chu and Gee, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, except 7B, <br />passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Sturken and Gee, to approve item 7B, passed unanimously by electronic <br />vote. <br /> <br /> 7.A. Final acceptance of the Fair Oaks Field LED Sports Lighting Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Fair Oaks Field LED Sports Lighting Project and authorize the <br />release of performance bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.B. Authorize the increase of contingency from 10 percent to 18 percent for the <br />construction contract with Cratus, Inc. for additional work required to complete the <br />Maple Street Sewer Interceptor 60-Inch Extension Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to increase contingency from 10 percent to 18 <br />percent for the construction contract with Cratus, Inc. for the Maple Street Sewer <br />Interceptor 60-Inch Extension Project, thereby increasing the total authorized contract <br />cost from $2,086,700 to $2,238,460. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />The project is statutorily exempt from CEQA pursuant to Public Resources Code Section <br />21010.21 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15282(k). <br /> <br />
