Background materials for March 14, 2026 City Council discussion of Strategic Planning, <br />Priorities and Values <br />The group engaged in a values activity. <br />City Manager Patrick Heisinger gave a presentation on the City’s environmental scan. <br />The City Council took a brief recess.
