Final acceptance of the Mitchell & Fair Oaks Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Project <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Mitchell & Fair Oaks Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Project and <br />authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.B. Property purchase related to the State Route 84 (Woodside Road) / U.S. 101 <br />Interchange Reimagined Project at 295 Seaport Boulevard using grant funds <br /> (304) Reso 16396 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Property Purchase Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City, as Buyer, and Cargill Point LLC, as Seller, for the purchase of a fee parcel <br />identified as a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 054-310-160 (295 Seaport Blvd), in <br />the amount of $3,900. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.C. Request for authorization to seek Proposition 64 - Public Health and Safety Grant <br />funding for the grant term of July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2031 <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />Retroactively approve the City's application for the Proposition 64 Public Health and <br />Safety Grant awarded by the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) to the <br />Redwood City Police Department in the amount of up to $4,500,000 for the grant term <br />of July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2031 and authorize the City Manager or designee to <br />execute all documents necessary to accept and administer the grant if awarded.
