State legislation SB 1216 (Cabaldon) Planning and Zoning Law: housing leadership <br />designation (205) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />As recommended by the Governance Sub-Committee, by motion, adopt an “Oppose, <br />Unless Amended” position on State legislation SB 1216 (Cabaldon) Planning and Zoning <br />Law: housing leadership designation, and direct staff to finalize and submit a letter <br />communicating the City’s position to the appropriate State legislative representatives. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.B. Final acceptance of Veterans Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project – Phase 3 <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Veterans Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project - Phase <br />3, authorize the release of performance bonds and retention and filing of a Notice of <br />Completion according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />
