Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Redwood City Municipal <br />Code Chapter 15 (Smoking Regulations) to repeal in their entirety Article III (Tobacco <br />Retail Permit) and Article V (Prohibiting the Sale of Flavored Tobacco, Electronic <br />Cigarettes, and the Sale of Tobacco Products in Pharmacies) and adopt by reference Title <br />4, Chapter 4.98 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code in Article III (Attachment E), <br />and amend Article I, Section 15.2 (Definitions); and <br />2. Set a Public Hearing on the second reading and adoption of the ordinance on June 8, <br />2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />The adoption of this Ordinance is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act
