Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates for revenue enhancement and business license compliance services (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates (HdL) for revenue enhancement and business license compliance services to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $40,000 for the purpose of adding Short-Term Rental (STR) Administration Services to the current scope of work and adjustments to the fee structure for BLT administration that will result in lower the City’s costs, for a total contract amount of $878,220 covering the period January 15, 2021 until January 14, 2027. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 8.B. Amendment to the Agreement with the County of San Mateo for continued provision of animal control services for an additional three-year term ending June 30, 2029 (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the Cities for the facilitation and coordination of animal control services, extending the agreement for an additional three-year term ending June 30, 2029, for a total contract term of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2029.
