REV: 05-27-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />GOODS AND SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. GOODS AND SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell Goods to the City from the categories listed below on an as needed <br />basis through its online platform or in store purchases. Vendor will also provide free <br />standard parcel ground freight shipping. In instances where freight charges must be <br />charged to City, this shall be noted at time of Order. All Goods must comply with current <br />health and safety regulations of the California Department of Industrial Relations and <br />CAL/OSHA. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The total cost of Goods purchased under this Master Purchase Agreement shall be in an <br />amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($108,000).
