Access a customized directory of health and wellness resources <br />that is designed in close collaboration with your agency. The directory includes, but is not <br />limited to, internal mental health services, chaplains, health incentives, national hotlines, <br />and commercial partnerships exclusive to Sharp Performance. <br />Consultant Will Provide the Below Professional Services: <br /> 1. In-person onboarding with the Sharp team. Sharp leadership will travel to the <br />agency and work directly with personnel to maximize engagement with the platform. <br />Sharp will consult with agency leadership and determine the most effective way to provide <br />services to the highest number of personnel possible including. Services include, but are <br />not limited to, a platform overview, personalized performance strategies, 1-on-1 coach <br />matching consultations, and testimonials from coaches and existing users. <br />2. Anonymized utilization reports. Share anonymized data on utilization and user <br />satisfaction with Department Leadership and/or program point-of-contact on a quarterly <br />basis. <br />3. Technical support. On-demand customer support. <br /> Consultant will not charge the customer for travel associated with In-person training <br />overview, onboarding, and Q&A. <br />In order to perform the services outlined, the following is required: <br />PLATFORM ACCESS AND AUTHORIZED USER <br />Administrative Users. During the configuration and set-up process for each <br />Platform, the City will identify an administrative username and password for the <br />City’s Sharp Performance accounts. Each member will receive their own individual <br />account with its own unique username and password. Consultant reserves the <br />right to refuse registration of, or cancel usernames and passwords it deems <br />inappropriate. <br />Authorized Users. the City may allow such number of the City employees as is <br />indicated on the Products and Services table above to use the applicable Platform <br />on behalf of the City as “the Department/Customer Users.” Authorized User <br />subscriptions are for designated Authorized Users and cannot be shared or used <br />by more than one Authorized User, but may be reassigned to a new Authorized <br />User replacing former Authorized Users who no longer require ongoing use of the <br />applicable Platform. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.136/Sharp Performance Inc.
