REV: 04-24-26 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />The City will issue Consultant a task order, describing the scope of services. Consultant <br />will schedule the work no later than two (2) weeks from the date of the task order <br />issuance. In unusual circumstances such as weather conditions, the City Engineer may <br />consider deviations from this timeframe and provide extra timing for completion of the <br />task. After being reviewed by the Consultant for quality control, data shall be transmitted <br />to the City within seven (7) days of collection. <br />All counts shall be collected on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday except holidays and <br />when schools are on break (unless specifically directed otherwise by the City Engineer or <br />their designee in writing for traffic counts on weekend or 7-day counts). No counts will be <br />collected during adverse weather conditions. <br />The cost for each task order will be determined according to the fee schedule. The <br />cumulative cost of all task orders during the contract term will not exceed Seventy-Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00). <br />Traffic Data Collection Standards <br />o Directional 3-Day Speed and Volume Counts: <br />Include specific location, nearest address and/or landmark <br />Data shall: <br />Be presented in hour intervals and by speed bin <br />Include daily and 3-day totals <br />Include the 50% speeds, 85% speeds and 10 mph pace <br />Identify the AM and PM peak hours <br />o Directional 7-Day Speed and Volume Counts: <br />Include specific location, nearest address and/or landmark <br />Data shall: <br />Be presented in hour intervals and by speed bin <br />Include daily and 7-day totals <br />Include the 50% speeds, 85% speeds and 10 mph pace <br />Identify the AM and PM peak hours <br />o Turning Movement Counts: <br />Include specific location, nearest address and/or landmark <br />Conducted using video <br />2-hour AM peak period (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) <br />2-hour PM peak period (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.113/IDAX Traffic Data (On-Call, As Needed Traffic Data Collection) (Page 11 of 13)
