Amendment No. 1 to Communications Products Agreement with Motorola <br />Solutions, Inc. (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Communications Products Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for <br />an additional amount not to exceed $55,000, for a total contract amount of <br />$1,501,572 and a total contract term from February 2, 2024 to February 2, 2027. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.H. First Amendment to the Agreement with the County of San Mateo, providing <br />core agency services at the Fair Oaks Community Center, for the term of July <br />1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, to increase funding by $25,000 for the purchase <br />of disaster resilience supplies (304) <br />Reso 16409 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute First Amendment <br />to Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City <br />by accepting additional County funding in the amount of $25,000 for disaster <br />resilience supplies, for a total agreement amount of $1,818,282 providing <br />critical safety net services to vulnerable, low-income County residents through <br />the Fair Oaks Community Center Information and Referral Program from July 1, <br />2025 through June 30, 2028; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 revenue budget by <br />$25,000 for the amount received by the County of San Mateo for the <br />Information and Referral Program at the Fair Oaks Community Center. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.I.
