<br /> 95 <br />2025 Amended and Restated WSA 21945395.2 <br />B. Nothing in this section shall prevent any Wholesale Customer (except the <br />California Water Service Company and Stanford) from entering into a joint powers agreement or <br />a municipal or multi-party water district with any other Wholesale Customer (except the two <br />listed above) to exercise the rights and obligations granted to and imposed upon the Wholesale <br />Customers hereunder, nor shall this section prevent any Wholesale Customer (except the two <br />listed above) from succeeding to the rights and obligations of another Wholesale Customer <br />hereunder as long as the Wholesale Service Area served by the Wholesale Customers involved <br />in the succession is not thereby enlarged. <br />8.09. Notices <br />A. All notices and other documents that San Francisco is required or permitted to <br />send to the Wholesale Customers under this Agreement shall be sent to each and all of the <br />Wholesale Customers by United States mail, first class postage prepaid, addressed to each <br />Wholesale Customer at the address to which monthly water bills are mailed by the Water <br />Enterprise. <br />B. All notices or other documents which the Wholesale Customers are required or <br />permitted to send to San Francisco under this Agreement shall be sent by United States mail, <br />first class postage prepaid, addressed as follows: <br /> General Manager <br /> San Francisco Public Utilities Commission <br /> 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 13th Floor <br /> San Francisco, CA 94102 <br /> <br />C. Each Wholesale Customer is a member of BAWSCA. San Francisco shall send <br />a copy of each notice or other document which it is required to send to all Wholesale Customers <br />to BAWSCA addressed as follows: <br /> General Manager/CEO <br /> Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency <br /> 155 Bovet Road, Suite 650 <br /> San Mateo, CA 94402 <br /> <br />The failure of San Francisco to send a copy of such notices or documents to BAWSCA <br />shall not invalidate any rate set or other action taken by San Francisco.
