Amendments to Individual Water Sales Contracts. Individual Water Sales <br />Contracts described in Section 9.01 may be amended with the written concurrence of San <br />Francisco and the Wholesale Customer which is a party to that Individual Water Sales Contract; <br />provided that the amendment is not inconsistent with this Agreement or in derogation of the <br />Fundamental Rights of other Wholesale Customers under this Agreement. <br />
