Prior to this reset, from the effective date of this Agreement <br />(July 1, 2009) through FY 2023-24, those four customers had the following Minimum Annual Purchase Quantities: <br />1. Alameda County Water District: 7.648 MGD <br />2. City of Milpitas: 5.341 MGD <br />3. City of Mountain View: 8.930 MGD <br />4. City of Sunnyvale: 8.930 MGD <br />
