<br /> 55 <br />2025 Amended and Restated WSA 21945395.2 <br />expenses allocated to the Hetch Hetchy Enterprise pursuant to Section 5.06.B will be <br />reallocated between power and water in proportion to the salaries of Hetch Hetchy Enterprise <br />employees assigned to each function as shown on Attachment N-2, Schedule 7.1. <br />c. Other Administrative and General: This subcategory includes <br />payments to the United States required by the Act, labor, supervision and engineering and other <br />costs not readily assignable to a specific operation or maintenance function or program. Costs <br />related to power administration (such as long range planning and policy analysis for energy <br />development, administration of power contracts, and administration of work orders to City <br />departments for energy services) are Power-Only costs. Costs related to water administration <br />(such as legal and professional services for the protection of the City's water rights) are Water- <br />Only costs and will be assigned to the Water Enterprise. Costs related to both power <br />administration and water administration (such as general administration, office rents, office <br />materials and supplies, and services of other City departments benefitting to both power and <br />water are Joint administrative and general costs and are reallocated as 55 percent Power- <br />Related and 45 percent Water-Related. <br />3. Property Taxes. This category consists of property taxes levied against <br />property owned by San Francisco in Tuolumne, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Alameda counties <br />and operated and managed by the Hetch Hetchy Enterprise. <br />Allocation: Property taxes are classified as Joint costs. They will be reallocated as 55 <br />percent Power-Related and 45 percent Water-Related. <br />C. Calculation of Wholesale Customers’ Share of Hetch Hetchy Enterprise <br />Expenses. The Water Enterprise’s share of Hetch Hetchy Enterprise expenses consist of 100 <br />percent of Water-Only expenses and the Water-Related portion (45%) of Joint expenses. <br />The Wholesale Customers’ share of the sum of the Water Enterprise’s share of Hetch <br />Hetchy Enterprise expenses determined under subsection B shall be calculated by multiplying <br />that dollar amount by Adjusted Proportional Annual Use. <br />5.09. Hetch Hetchy Enterprise Capital Costs <br />A. Introduction. Wholesale Customers are also allocated a share of Hetch Hetchy <br />Enterprise capital costs. <br />B. Components of Capital Costs.
