Redwood City Staffing Allocation and Roles <br />Staff <br />Weighting Position Role / Duties <br /> <br />15% Administrative <br />Secretary <br />Assist with administrative and clerical tasks related to the <br />program. Duties can include acting as a receptionist and <br />fielding inquiries, receiving and processing notices, petitions, <br />fee payments, etc., and maintaining program records and files. <br />60% Management <br />Analyst II <br />Primary staff implementing, administering and executing the <br />program. Duties can include but are not limited to managing the <br />rental registry, reviewing and approving tenant safety plans, <br />fielding inquiries, providing outreach and education, and <br />administering the petition processes. <br />15% Housing <br />Leadership <br />Manager <br />General oversight of the program and supervision of program <br />staff. <br />10% Assistant City <br />Attorney <br />Provide legal counsel to the program. <br />*A note on staffing: These are estimates based on existing staff positions within the City. New <br />positions may have to be created to adequately administer the program.
