Receive the supplemental Elections Code Section 9212 Report on impacts of <br />the Proposed Ordinance (Attachment C); and <br />2. Pursuant to Elections Code Section 9215 take either of the following actions: <br />a. Adopt, without alteration, the Proposed Ordinance (Attachment A); or <br />b. Adopt a resolution calling for an election to be consolidated with the General <br />Municipal Election and Statewide General Election on November 3, 2026, and <br />submitting to the voters at that election an initiative measure to amend the <br />Redwood City Code to impose additional rent control and just cause eviction <br />limits.
