By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute the license agreements for domestic water and <br />recycled water pipelines with the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Elco Yards development project (previously referred to as the South Main Mixed-Use Project) consists <br />of six parcels, Parcels A, B, C, D, E (including E-north and E-south), and F (Figure 1) and is located between <br />El Camino Real and Maple, Cedar and Main Streets. It will include approximately: <br />530,000 square feet (SF) of office <br />501 residential units (including 108 affordable units) <br />28,000 SF of retail (including 19,000 SF family-friendly entertainment) <br />8,400 SF of childcare <br />40,000 SF of publicly-accessible open space. <br />Figure 1: Project Parcels <br />On November 16, 2020, the City Council approved the Architectural Permit, Planned Development Permit, <br />Downtown Planned Community Permit, Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, State Density Bonus Law <br />Bonuses, Concessions and Parking Ratios, and an Affordable Housing Plan for this project. <br />7.G. - Page 2 of 104 <br />100
