The City Council may accept the completed improvements and authorize a different bond reduction. <br />A lesser bond reduction might provide the City financial guarantee to complete the project’s <br />remaining infrastructure needs and may negatively affect the developer’s ability to sell the remaining <br />residential parcels and delay construction completion of the residential components of the project. The City Council may choose not to authorize the license agreements with the JPB.
