Authorization for the disposal of surplus personal property (305) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, declare personal property listed in Attachment A as surplus personal <br />property which may be disposed of in accordance with Article V of Chapter 2 of <br />the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.F. Resolution calling the November 3, 2026 General Municipal Election for the <br />election of three municipal officers (City Council Members) in Council districts <br />2, 5, and 6; resolution requesting the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors <br />consolidate said election with the November 3, 2026 Statewide General <br />Election and authorize the City Manager to execute a services agreement with <br />the County Elections Official to provide election services; and resolution <br />adopting regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidate <br />statements submitted to the voters (307) Reso 16415 <br /> Reso 16416 <br /> Reso 16417 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion: <br />1. Adopt a resolution calling for a General Municipal Election to be held on <br />Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the election of three municipal officers for seats <br />in City Council districts 2, 5, and 6 to be voted on by voters who reside in those <br />districts as required by the City Charter and the laws of the State of California; <br />2. Adopt a resolution requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Mateo to consolidate a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, <br />November 3, 2026, with the Statewide General Election, requesting the County <br />to render specified services to the City and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute a contract with the County for such services; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution adopting regulations for candidates for elective office <br />pertaining to candidate statements submitted to the voters at the election to be <br />7.H. - Page 4 of 16 <br />206
