Because this item is on the consent calendar, this section indicates <br />assessment process, not findings. The anticipated impact of this policy, program, or action has been <br />assessed by reviewing similar or relevant past programs or policies in Redwood City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Arts Commission large grants are funded by the City's General Fund. The FY 2026–27 Adopted Budget <br />includes $55,000 for Arts Commission large grants. Approval of these grants will have no additional impact <br />on the General Fund beyond the amount already appropriated in the adopted budget. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />7.B. - Page 3 of 7 <br />26
