District if conducted entirely within a building: <br />A. Professional offices; <br />B. Medical offices or medical clinics, including pharmacies within medical clinicswith a gross floor area <br />of less than two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet; <br />C. Family child care homes, within residential structures, as set forth in Article 39 (Child Care); <br />D. Child care centers of up to sixty (60) children;1 <br />E. Any use not explicitly listed in this Section is prohibited, except that the Zoning Administrator may <br />permit any use not listed herein if the use is determined to be a similar and/or compatible use to <br />any use herein and meets the purpose and intent of the Zoning District. <br />Footnotes: <br /> 1. In accordance with applicable San Carlos ALUCP Safety Compatibility policies and State law. <br /> <br />11.4 Conditional Uses. <br />The following uses are permitted in the PO District subject to first securing a Use Permit therefor: <br />A. Business or financial offices; <br />B. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of two thousand five hundred (2,500) square <br />feet or more; <br />C. Prescription pharmaceutical dispensaries within medical clinics; provided, however, that said <br />dispensaries shall be located entirely within the main building, and shall not be provided with outside <br />entrances or signs, and provided, further, that sales therefrom shall be conducted without display of <br />products or advertising displays; <br />B D. Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, music, and dance; <br />C E. Private clubs, lodges, and fraternities; <br />D F. Parking lots and garages, as defined in Article 2; <br />E G. Public or quasi-public uses, except corporation yards, storage or repair yards, or warehouses;1 <br />F H. Any permitted or conditionally permitted use when conducted primarily outside a building; <br />G I. Any other use not otherwise listed in this Section, which is determined by the Zoning Administrator, <br />after a public hearing, to be a similar and/or compatible use to any conditionally permitted uses in <br />this Section, and is consistent with the purpose and intent of this Article; <br />H J.
