Development Intensity Transition and Sight Lines. <br />1. Upper-Story Daylight Plane Stepback Immediately Adjacent to a Residential Zoning District. <br />a. Residential Buildings shall not intercept a forty-five (45)-degree daylight plane inclined <br />inward from twenty eight (28) feet above existing grade at the property line of the <br />parcel immediately adjacent to the R-1, R-2, and R-3 district boundary line. <br /> <br />Figure 54.7.1 Upper-Story Daylight Plane Immediately Adjacent to a Residential Zoning District <br /> <br />b.
