Direct City staff to either: <br />1.No GDAP Boundary Expansion -Retain the existing plan area boundary for the <br />GDAP effort and continue to implement the existing project scope of work, or; <br />2.GDAP Boundary Expansion - Expand the plan area boundary for the GDAP effort, draft <br />an amended scope of work and budget for the project, and return to City Council for <br />approval of the amended scope and budget, or; <br />3.Strategic Initiatives - Pursue one or more of the following strategic initiatives to: <br />a.Select specific mobility projects for inclusion in an update to the Transportation <br />Project List within a future CIP; <br />b.Update the RWC Walk Bike Thrive Plan with recommendations from the GDAP effort; <br />c.Include the potential GDAP expansion area as a focus area in the upcoming <br />Economic Vitality Strategy, and/or; <br />d.Evaluate options for drafting a Community Plan for the area east of Woodside Road. <br />14 of 15 <br />Recommendation
