Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with <br />Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to <br /> extend the term and increase compensation for <br /> continued Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) assessment <br />and implementation assistance services <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services <br />with Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to <br />extend the agreement term for an additional three years, for <br />a total contract term of November 1, 2024, through October <br />31, 2030, and increase the compensation by $275,000 for <br />continued assessment, implementation assistance, and <br />related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support services, <br />for a total contract amount not to exceed $435,000.
