REV: 06-24-26 VR constitutes one instrument. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on the use of an electronic signature. After all Parties agree to the use of electronic signatures, all Parties must sign the document electronically. 16.7 Authority. Each individual executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she has the power and authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Party for whom he or she signs, and that all necessary approvals have been obtained to make this Agreement binding upon such Party. 16.8 Successors and Assigns. Subject to the restrictions against assignment and subletting herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of the Parties.
