REV: 05-08-26 MI EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Contractor shall perform the tasks on a per task basis per the table set forth below. Task Description Frequency Annual Cost - TMC 1. Lead Remediation (Rubber Media Backstop) • Complete lead remediation of the rubber media backstop using a Transportable Treatment Unit (TTU). • Separation and recycling of lead and rubber media in compliance with EPA, DPH, DTSC, and OSHA regulations. • Cleaning of all hard surfaces and decontamination of equipment to prevent cross- contamination. • Removal and recycling of spent ammunition and brass casings. Semi- Annual (2x per year) $9,000.00 2. Range Decontamination • Full cleaning of range floors, walls, armory, office, and ready room using HEPA vacuum/mop methods. • Removal of up to 95% of plastic shotgun casings and all brass casings. • Documentation and disposal of all hazardous cleaning materials. Quarterly (4x per year) $13,000.00 3. Filter Maintenance/Supplies & HAZMAT Disposal • Quarterly: Replace exhaust pre-filters. • Annually: Replace HEPA filters. • Includes installation, transport, and certified hazardous waste disposal with manifests provided. Pre-filters: Quarterly; HEPA filters: Annually $4,905.00 5. Live Ammunition Disposal • Annual removal and destruction of up to one (1) 33-gallon drum of live ammunition.Annually No Charge 6. Painting (Floors/Walls)• Painting of floors and walls as needed. As Needed No Charge 7.
