REV:06-01-26 LF <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR SOIL VAPOR WELL INSTALLATION AND SAMPLING <br />City will perform a soil vapor sampling on the Property as required and approved by the <br />Agency. City will install 12 soil vapor wells on the Property marked as “proposed soil <br />vapor sample location” in Exhibit “B” attached to this Amendment No.1 and conduct <br />sampling as described below. <br />Well Installation <br />For the well installation, City will: <br />Install 12 wells in landscaped areas at the proposed soil vapor sample locations. <br />Reserve up to two parking spots adjacent to each well site, and <br />Work between the hours of 8 PM to 6 AM. <br />Well Sampling <br />For the well sampling, City will: <br />Reserve one parking spot adjacent to each well site, and <br />Work between the hours of 6 AM to 5 PM. <br />Waste <br />For well installation and sampling, City will containerize waste in one drum and store it in <br />a mutually acceptable location on the Property for no more than two weeks after the <br />sampling is completed. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.137/Hunter Partners Sequoia, LLC (Sequoia Station Shopping Center) (Page 5 of 6)
