EXHIBIT A <br />(Standard Agreement) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Department of California Highway Patrol <br />and City of Redwood City <br />Agreement #24C330002 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Redwood City Area office, <br />the services described herein: furnish use of Contractor's weapons firing range facilities including restroom <br />facilities if available; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, maintenance fees and all other <br />costs required to provide use of the weapons firing range facility in accordance with this Agreement. <br />Contractor agrees to remain solely responsible for the normal maintenance and repair of the facilities. CHP <br />will provide evidence of insurance satisfactory to the City of Redwood City upon execution of this Agreement. <br />CHP agrees to pay Contractor any and all reasonable costs resulting from the destruction or partial destruction <br />of the facility which is caused as a result of the use of CHP's use of the said facility. <br />2.
