REV: 08-23-24 LF <br />condition, use of family medical leave, or genetic testing, in the provision of services or <br />extension of employment opportunities under the Agreement. Subrecipient further <br />warrants and agrees that it will comply with all relevant local, state and federal non- <br />discrimination ordinances, statutes, regulations, and executive orders pertaining to non- <br />discrimination and equal opportunity, including but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights <br />Act of 1964 as amended, Title VIII of the Civil Rights act of 1968 as amended, Section <br />104(b) and Section 109 of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of <br />1974 as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order 11063, as <br />amended by Executive Order 12259, and Executive Order 11246 as amended by <br />Executive Orders 11375, 11478, 12086, 12106, 13087, 13152, and 13672, 24 CFR <br />Section 570.607, as revised by Executive Order 13279. Subrecipient will include a <br />statement that it is an equal opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for <br />subcontractors or employees.” <br />24. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Subrecipient will abide by the provisions of 24 <br />CFR Section 570.611, which include (but are not limited to) the following: <br />A. Subrecipient shall maintain a written code or standards of conduct that shall govern <br />the performance of its officers, employees or agents engaged in the award and <br />administration of contracts supported by Federal funds. <br />B. No employee, officer or agent of Subrecipient shall participate in the selection, or <br />in the award, or administration of, a contract supported by Federal funds if a conflict <br />of interest, real or apparent, would be involved. <br />C. No covered persons who exercise any function or responsibility with respect to this <br />Agreement or Subrecipient's Project during his or her tenure, or for one year <br />thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof.
