SECTION 8. TERMINATION. <br />A. CITY or REDWOOD CITY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT, <br />without cause, by giving not less than seven (7) days' written notice of termination. <br />B. CITY's Chief of Police is authorized to terminate this AGREEMENT on behalf of <br />CITY. <br />C. REDWOOD CITY's Chief of Police or City Manager is authorized to terminate this <br />AGREEMENT on behalf of REDWOOD CITY. <br />SECTION 9. NOTICES. <br />All notices and other communications required or permitted to be given under this <br />AGREEMENT shall be in writing and shall be personally served or mailed, postage <br />prepaid and return receipt requested, addressed to the respective parties as follows: <br />To CITY: City of San Josh <br />San Jose Police Department <br />Attn: Chief of Police <br />201 W.
