CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Council Member Sturken pulled item 7B for discussion. <br />Council Member Padilla pulled item 7E for discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos recused himself from item 7A out of an abundance of <br />caution. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Eakin recused herself from Item 7G due to the proximity of the matter to <br />her residence. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee recused himself from item 7G due to his service on Casa Circulo <br />the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Sturken, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar, except items 7A, 7B,7 E and 7G, passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Chu and Gee to approve item 7A, passed 6-0-1 by electronic <br />vote, with Mayor Martínez Saballos recused. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Chu to approve item 7G, passed 5-0-2 by electronic <br />voter, with Vice Mayor Eakin and Gee recused. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Mayor Martínez Saballos and Vice Mayor Eakin to approve item <br />7B, passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />
