REV: 05-04-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant will: <br />Distribute funds to Community Alliance to Revitalize Our Neighborhoods (CARON), <br />serving as a representative in this space. <br />Description of Services Cost <br />Attend meetings as indicated in the <br />Community Collaborative for Children’s <br />Success (CCCS) Core Team calendar, which <br />includes: Neighborhood Action Team <br />(NAT) Meetings and Core Team Meetings <br />$4,300 <br />In partnership with other Core Team <br />members and Redwood City Together, <br />create, measure, and fulfill activities towards <br />meeting the collaborative’s AIM statements: <br />Core Team organizations will <br />develop and deliver 6 gatherings <br />throughout the community that <br />focus on listening to, healing, <br />supporting, and protecting <br />undocumented and mixed status <br />families. <br />The total number of RWC/NFO <br />youth (up to age 25) with paid <br />roles in CCCS Organizations will <br />increase. <br />$4,300 <br />Actively and regularly participate in at least <br />one subcommittee: youth employment, <br />community gatherings, and/or governance <br />and work to advance the goals and activities <br />of that subcommittee <br />$4,300 <br />Submit an end of year report on their <br />contributions to the subcommittees on which <br />they serve as well as to the functioning of <br />the Core Team and NAT <br />$4,300 <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.294/San Mateo County Sheriff's Office (Page 11 of 12)
