Fiduciary Funds Financial Statements <br />Successor Agency Private Purpose Trust Fund - This fund accounts for resources of all other trust arrangements in <br />which principal and income benefit individuals, private organizations, or other governments (i.e. unclaimed <br />property/escheat property) which represents the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency (Successor Agency) <br />for the City. <br />Custodial funds - These funds are used to report fiduciary activities that are not required to be reported in pension (and <br />other employee benefit) trust funds, investment trust funds, or private purpose trust funds. This includes the Employee <br />Benefit Plans Fund, the Pacific Shores Community Facilities District Fund, the Shores Transportation Improvement <br />District Fund, the One Marina Community Facilities District Fund, the Community Benefit Improvement District Fund, <br />the Redwood City 2020 Fund, and the Net-6 Fire JPA Fund. <br />51 <br />7.C. - Page 83 of 269 <br />102
