IX.Findings of Approval Pursuant to Section 29.7D of the Affordable Housing Ordinance, the City Council may approve an Affordable Housing Plan proposing any alternative method of compliance including a land donation if the City Council is able to make all of the findings in Section 29.7C (Approval of On-Site Affordable Units) and the proposal meets all of conditions in Section 29.7 D (Approval of Off-Site Affordable Units), each of which the Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Plan for the Substitute Site meets, as follows: Section 29.7 C Approval of On-Site Affordable Units 1. The proposed affordable units comply with the applicable standards in the Affordable Housing Ordinance, including, without limitation, the requirement that the affordable units be made available for concurrent occupancy per Section 29.6B This finding can be made. See Section VII, item N. 2. The affordable units will mitigate the impact of the project on the need for affordable housing if the units are provided under the Affordable Housing Impact Fee Program This finding can be made. See Attachment 10 which explains how the proposed donation of the Substitute Site to Eden and the Eden Project in turn will mitigate the impacts of the Lane Project. Section 29.7 D Approval of Off-Site Affordable Units 1.
