Storage <br />space may be <br />within: (1) an <br />enclosed garage <br />provided the <br />storage space does <br />not encroach <br />within required <br />parking space(s), or <br />(2) a patio, balcony, <br />or deck provided it <br />is in addition to <br />required open <br />space and does not <br />adversely impact <br />the façade <br />appearance. <br />
