Examples include:
Gift cards or merchandise fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers
Integrations or external applications connected to the Terryberry platform
Content, services, or experiences provided by partner organizations
While these items may be accessed through Terryberry’s systems, they are ultimately provided under the terms of
the respective third-party supplier. This model allows Terryberry to offer customers a diverse and high-quality reward
catalog without compromising flexibility or value.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines how users may safely and appropriately use Terryberry’s services. Including it as a fixed attachment would restrict our
ability to promptly make necessary updates that protect both customers and platform users.
Changes are always reasonable and purpose-driven. Updates occur only when necessary for legitimate
business, legal, or security reasons—such as new product functionality, compliance obligations, or
protection of system integrity.
This approach ensures all customers benefit from the most current and secure version of the AUP while maintaining
fairness and contractual stability.
Limitation of Liability
Terryberry’s liability structure is designed to fairly reflect the scope and nature of the services we provide. Because
our offerings are technology platforms used at the direction of our customers, it would not be commercially
ATTY/AGR.2026.217/Terryberry (Employee Service Awards) (Page 4 of 36)
