REV: 06-18-26 <br />5.The Client will be responsible for responding to and resolving all cardholder billing inquiries and <br />disputes related to credit card transactions, in each case in the time period required by the <br />processor or credit card network in accordance with credit card network rules. <br />6.Flowbird assumes no liability or cost arising from a chargeback or reversal of a transaction as a <br />result of the EMV “liability shift”, as provided under the credit card network rules. It is understood <br />that Flowbird is under no circumstance responsible for any sales tax or other tax liability resulting <br />from the Client's Parking operation. <br />7.The Merchant Services will commence on the last signature date herein and remain in effect for a <br />period of thirty-six (36) months. However, Flowbird may temporarily suspend this Agreement at any <br />time due to any failure of Client to perform its obligations until a resolution is reached. <br />8.Upon the temporary suspension of this Agreement for any reason, the Client shall remain liable for <br />all costs and liabilities related to credit card transactions made prior to the suspension. <br />9.The Client will sign up for the Merchant Services set forth under this Agreement on a link to be <br />provided by Flowbird.
