As the lead agency, the City of Redwood City has determined that the <br />installation of new All Way STOPs along Arguello St, Lenolt St, Warren St and Allerton St <br />in the Centennial Neighborhood satisfy the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15301, “Existing Facilities,” because the <br />relocations are minor alterations of existing facilities, including existing highways and <br />streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian access, and similar facilities with <br />negligible or no expansion of use. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* * *
